We can discuss your situation and know your options, costs and risks.
We cover UK, EU and other nationals who are looking to secure their future in the UK
It is true that EU nationals and their family members were able to freely live, study, work or run a business within the European Economic Area (EEA). This will change soon and you must take steps to secure your rights. Previously it was just the family members who needed to apply to the UK Home Office to confirm their rights by issuing a Residence Card. Going forward the status document will be required for all EU and non-EU nationals.
If you are already in the UK you can be download the relevant application forms from the UK Home Office website. You can make your application by yourself however since the process can be complex and often refused for not providing the full spectrum of evidence required it is advised that you seek legal advice and guided through the whole process.
You will know how much help you need when you have your initial consultations.
If you are an EU national you can simply come to the UK until April 2019, if you or your family member is a national normally needing a visa before entry to the UK you need to apply for a visa from your home country or where you are residing legally at present.
